St Bartholomew's Youth Accommodation- Nathaniel House Provides 24 hour crisis and short term refuge providing accommodation and support for young people aged 15-17 years who are at risk of homelessness. Referrals are accepted from south east Queensland, housing young people with diverse backgrounds and needs. Ph. (07) 3278 8755
St. Mary's Support & Accommodation Program Assists young women aged up to 25 years who are homeless and who are prgenant or are parenting young children. Give women the resources to take control of their lives, make their own decisions, participate fully in the community. Ph. (07) 3278 8755
TRACC Residential Programs Cares for children 7-12 years who are unable to live with their parents. Provide children with therapeutic yet homely and safe living environment addressing areas to equip children and young people to their full potential. Ph. (07) 3278 8755
In-SYNC Provides support for young people aged 12-18 years and families to address homelessness in the Redlands area.Provides information, referrals, advocacy, support & case management, family mediation, and programs such as anger management.
